Nick Mosura has been creating art professionally for over four decades. Since his graduation from Edinboro University, PA in 1970 with a bachelors degree in Art Education he has found work in as an artist while serving his country. Working for The US Army as an illustrator, from 1970-72 and as a graphic designer creating posters. He also designed exhibits for the Defense Mapping Agency 1982-1992; HQ USAF Media Services, Pentagon 1992-2002 Exhibits: 50th USAF, USAF Band, USAF Space and Exhibit designer HQ Media Services 2007-2010.

Mosura was administrator/curator/contributing artist for the US Air Force Art Program from 2002-2007 and he escorted artists to USAF Space Command, Operation Iraqi Freedom to Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait and Afghanistan in April and September, 2003, and June 2007. Mosura donated 15 oils and drawings documenting USAF, USMC operations in Iraq. He has continued taking courses at Corcoran School of Art, American University and Northern Virginia Community College Retired from Federal Service 2010 -present.
